Things I Did…
March 9th, 2008 by rsm
that I couldn’t do 48 hours ago:
* Had sushi (made by the best sushi chef in the world who still remembers my name)
* Took my time in the shower
* Wondered what I would wear today
* Used my cell phone
* Sat on my bed
* Put on comfortable shoes
* E-mailed
* Read something other than an FM or AR
* Drove
* Slept for more than 4-5 hours
* Returned a salute
* Walked bare-foot
* Hugged my mom
* Shut the door to my bedroom
It’s a long story…
Bless your heart… must be Heaven
And I bet you appreciated each one of those things far far more than just about anyone else. Glad you’re getting some downtime.
Congratulations and welcome back, sir!
Welcome home darlin and congrats on the successful ascension to officerdom. Glad you have a moment to relax. Must be blissful.
welcome back! *Hugs*
A long story maybe…but one worth hearing. Welcome home, and since I was only ever a lowly enlistee, I offer you a salute!
Congratulations, Sir.
*still doing happy dance*
Watching? you live your dream is an inspiration. Congratulations, sir.
How’s your mom doing?
“Closed the door to your bedroom” and “walked bare-foot” sounds perfectly heavenly. And may it just get better!
…. welcome back!…
