Another weekend, another FTX, this one the last until after the holidays... maybe... Yes, I will be performing medical experiments, but I also have duties back at the main campus. And, yes, I will be torturing those sitting near me Saturday evening with the smell of a sizzling filet. I have a reputation to uphold now. Word has gotten around to the new cadre.

So time for another kitchen experiment:

Sinful fat
I will admit a couple of these items can be hard to find. Only try to mix this one together if you can get them all. It's not worth it to use substitutes.

Regular Oreos (not Double-stuff... save those for a tall glass of milk after you get home)
Dried raspberries (probably at a hiking store)
Dark Chocolate M&Ms (they are out there, look hard)

Place all the items in a zippered freezer bag, forcing out as much air as possible. Pound the cookies a little to crush them. Shake up the mix and put it in the middle of your pack where it will continue to get crushed and bruised. The "creamy center" from the Oreos will partially moisten the raspberries. This is a messy one so just tilt the bag and shake the bites into your gaping maw.

In-the-trees Tortellini Alfredo - okay, I lied. Not tonight. I am reworking the recipe.
